Since the beginning of 2023, Tucasa-ICT has been part of dirActive. Tucasa has been active on the Belgian market since 2007 and offers the solutions TasksView and NutriView. A nice and logical step that integrates the expertise of Tucasa-ICT into a larger entity. For the parties involved, merging the organisations means more knowledge in house to support and help joint and new customers optimise their business operations. With this acquisition, we not only strengthen the patient’s care pathway, but also the daily work of healthcare staff.
With iTransport, Tasksview and NutriView, we have a solid position in the market of automating support processes in healthcare. To facilitate growth in the Netherlands, but also in Belgium and Spain, we have opened offices in Edegem (Belgium) and Barcelona (Spain) since this year. To achieve more unity and structure in our market approach, we communicate TasksView and NutriView from dirActive. In time, the name Tucasa-ICT will disappear.
Important to emphasise is that, for the time being, customers will be able to use our software and services in the same way and will also continue to work with the same colleagues.
