What data will be processed
dir/Active processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process: – First name and surname – first name – address data – telephone number – email address – other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone – location data – bank account number.

Clicking behaviour and visiting data
On our website, general visiting data is kept up to date. In this context, in particular the IP address of your computer, any username, the internet browser or operating system used, the number of visits, the average time spent on the website, the time of retrieval, the data sent by a visitor’s browser and the pages visited may be recorded and used for statistical analyses of visiting and clicking behaviour on the website. This also enables us to optimise the operation of the website. We try to anonymise these data as much as possible. We do not collect any special personal information and therefore do not use it to segment on this basis.

Storage periods

Dir/Active uses the following retention periods. Customer data: during the term of the agreement or we will retain your contact data for an indefinite period of time until you indicate that you wish to delete them. Debtors and creditors administration: 7 years on the basis of the National Tax Act. Marketing campaigns: we will retain your contact details or registration for, for example, a customer satisfaction survey or newsletter for an indefinite period of time until you indicate that you no longer wish to participate. Unsubscribing is easy. Personal data is collected and processed during the application process in accordance with legislation. At the end of the recruitment and selection process, the data of an applicant who did not join us will be stored for a maximum of 1 year and then completely deleted. If we feel the need to retain data for a longer period of time, we will ask the applicant for permission to do so.

If you do not disable cookies yourself, and use our website, we assume that you consent to the use of cookies. dir/Active only uses technical and functional cookies.
