The premise of NutriView is on the one hand that residents or patients get the right meal, but also that the kitchen can work efficiently and to the highest safety standards.
Creating meals is a collaboration between patient, nursing, dietary department, kitchen and purchasing. In NutriView, meals can be requested by residents and patients or put together by a food assistant. NutriView allows patients to create their own meals, taking into account diets, allergens, nutritional values and the wishes of the patient and kitchen.
NutriView uses different menus to assign meals. There are weekly and daily menus that recur regularly, as well as seasonal and dietary menus. Different diets can be assigned to a patient, with exclusions automatically combined into an overall “composite diet” for the patient. NutriView can be linked to the GS1 TrustBox to automatically link appropriate allergen information for dishes and procurement items, make the nutritional values of dishes visible to health care providers and ensure food safety.
